Composable is an architecture choice with a cost, not a badge. We start by asking which parts of your stack genuinely need to change on different clocks — storefront, search, cart, catalogue, promotions — because that, and not fashion, is what justifies pulling them apart.

The work itself is mostly the integration layer: the contracts between services, the events that keep them consistent, and where state is allowed to live. We build that layer explicitly, with accelerators for the parts every project repeats — auth, cart, checkout hand-off, content delivery — so the effort goes into your commerce logic instead.

We are equally willing to say that a single platform is the right answer for a given catalogue and team. Composable architecture asks more of the people running it, and that cost belongs in the decision rather than in the retrospective.
