Data Platform & AI Readiness

This is the prerequisite engagement for everything else in the pillar, and it is better said at the start than discovered halfway through an agent build. Retrieval, agents and evaluation all assume data that is findable, current, owned by someone, and consistent between systems. Where that is not true, an AI project quietly becomes a data project carrying a deadline someone else set.

The work itself is a lakehouse or warehouse sized to what you actually query, data contracts between the teams that produce data and the teams that consume it, and quality checks that run on every load rather than during an incident. Governance covers lineage, access and retention: where a figure came from, who may see it, and how long it is kept.

We are willing to be the engagement that concludes you are not ready yet. That answer costs less now than it does after a model has been built on the wrong table.
